Honestly, this one was on me. The communication on their end was shaky from the start. And the expectations weren’t clear enough, leading to major revision requests when I felt I had done what they’d asked for.

So I decided to cancel the order (it wasn’t worth either of our time to continue the project). But I (hopefully) remained respectful when canceling the order, and I think that’s the best you can do in a situation like this.
